"We had a very comfortable room with a balcony view of the river and sea. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Excellent breakfast and good hotel restaurant. Other advantages are free parking (500 metres away) and a 10 euro voucher if you opt not to have your room cleaned one day. "

"We loved our stay at La Roqqa! It was such a treat. Every staff member we spoke to was extremely accommodating and friendly. The space itself felt luxurious but comforting, and we joked that if we could we’d redesign our bathroom at home to be just like the one in our room. "Ontzettend mooie plek in een dal, je moet goed ter been zijn, veel hoogte verschillen. Alles netjes en top geregeld. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was heerlijk uitgebreid alles vers. Wij verbleven in de luxe, nieuwe, huisjes. Dit was een soort veredelde tent, erg leuk, wij zaten bij het bruggetje, de beste plek van al deze want je kon buiten zitten, veel ruimte. Maar het had tujdens ons verblijf geregend, dan wel fris en alles klam. Kachel kon wel aan, maar ja in de zomer deden we dit...

"Wonderful room with a balcony to relax and enjoy on. The staff is amazing and accomodating. The breakfast each day was fabulous!! You can order eggs and cappuccino. The desserts were made special each day with plenty of deliciousness. There is parking close by with a little walk. We would love to stay here again ❤️ "

"Il Pellicano is a dream. The property is stunning and exquisitely maintained. The views are breathtaking. The staff is most gracious. The perfect place for a peaceful and restorative getaway. We tried both dining options for dinner--the informal as well as the Michelin-starred dining room--and both were excellent. The latter was one of the best meals we've ever had anywhere, and we're serious food people who live in New York. We'll be back."

"We had a wonderful four days in this amazing beach hotel with its swimming pools and the amazing spa. Be sure to bring your shower caps. Great service from Gabriel and Gataneo along with the great breakfast crew. Special thanks to Jafar. Great job by the housekeeping team kept our room and huge deck clean"

Casa Anita (Wild House) An oasis surrounded by nature 200 meters from the sea

"Lovely rustic escape on the beautiful island of Monte Argentario. House was clean and well equipped, and hosts Carmela and Pier were so warm and helpful with ideas of where to visit and which restaurants to try, as well as local info on the beaches and property. Good base to explore the island, and the local beach is only a 5-10 minute walk and not crowded. We had many playful cat visitors in the gardens as well as lizards and a tortoise, and saw wild boar across the island, so definitely a nature lovers choice. Very relaxing week and could not ask for better hosts for our stay here!Note to the road-nervous - the road to Porto Ercole is unpaved and in poor repair, a hard impractical drive even in an SUV. Nearest shops etc and access around the island is through Porto Santo Stefano 30 mins away so plan your visit with that in mind and be sure to get directions for your first arrival!"
