"When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks.
