Bungalow 'Stella 1' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Air Conditioning

Located in Bibbona, the Bungalow Stella 1 has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 24 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include a TV as well as air conditioning. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi. This property features a private outdoor space with a garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and playground for your enjoyment.

Guests enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from May 1 to September 30, daily from 10 am to 7 pm) and a separate children's pool. Please note that the pools are not supervised, and children must always be accompanied by an adult.

There is a football, a volleyball court and a bowling green.

The farmhouse is set in the countryside of Bibbona, about 4 km from the sea and 6 km from Bolgheri. The beach is accessible by private vehicle, and Marina di Bibbona offers both free beaches and beach establishments.

4 parking spaces are available on the property.

Families with children are welcome.

A maximum of 4 pets are allowed.

Smoking is not permitted on this property.

From June 1 to September 15, the on-site bar/shop is open, offering bread, coffee products, appetizers, cutting boards, cold dishes (including takeaway), and aperitifs.

Kleines mobile Home mit allem was man braucht.Terrasse ist supi. Zum Pool sind es ca 100m.Pool ist sauber und groß genug zum schwimmen, hat allerdings nur von 10-19 Uhr auf. Ruhige Umgebung. Man ist schnell im Hinterland mit Bergen und Wasserfällen oder am Meer. Für alle was dabei. Gerne wieder
