「Overall, it is a nice stay in Philly.
At first, it is a little hard to contact the staff, but in the afternoon, the staff contact me from another number. I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!).
Then, the hotel is very clean, more than expected.
Bathroom is a little small, but that's fine.
The property needs some deposit (~200). And I got refund one day after...
「We absolutely ADORED our cute and VERY CLEAN room! Amenities were exactly what we needed and the property manager (Capital Hotel, I assume) was very communicative and helpful. Parking was exactly as described (free, on-street). Having never been to Philadelphia before, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it turned out the property is in a great location for getting around (especially on the transit busses).
