Room was nice but you can tell the building is in need of major upgrades. Elevators were noisy. The tile stairs out front have been cracked and falling apart for over a year and the water pressure was very low. Would be nice if they’re-opened the actual restaurant instead of trying to enjoy a meal ...

Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-City Avenue
No complaints, really. Little confuzzling finding the place. The address is the same as the Hilton proper, but the clientele is certainly different. Parking was actually pretty nice. Huge open lot a very short walk from the front door. Overall, nice place for the cheaper Hilton price point.
