"Great, beautiful hotel in the heart of the mid city. The only negative was the no parking on site. There are however, parking garages all around. "

The only thing you need to know is that there is a small sign on the kitchen table, easily overlooked, that says that if you want pots and pans and paper towels etc, you need to ask for it at the desk. I missed that sign. The #21 Bus stops on the corner and takes you downtown. Also it’s a short walk to the metro. "

"Our room was huge and the beds so comfortable. Everything was spotless. The only breakfast option was the coffee shop which wasn't very exciting, best to find a local diner."

"Apartment was very dirty. When we came in the bed has pubic hair or sometype of short black curly hair all over the sheets with stained pillows. One of the windows was broken and the both the bathroom and kitchen were obviously not clean beforehand. The owner was very nice but the online posting are not at all showing the actual conditions of the apartment and surronding areas. "

"We love visiting Philadelphia, mainly for the cheesesteaks! This time we took a trip to the zoo. The property was walking distance to our excursion and close to grocery and pharmacy (and cheesesteaks) for any incidental needs. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was always available. The building was secure and the amenities were fun to enjoy. The rooftop was a breath of fresh air and a beautiful view of the town. The game room was perfect for some impromptu family fun. The apartment itself was stylish, clean and super comfortable with all the extras you need for a home away from home at the right price. When we’re itching for an authentic cheesesteak road trip to Philly, we’ll be staying here again!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "
