「This property has several units sharing a living room/eating area, kitchen, and a bathroom. The check-in process was very easy once the host made contact. Property was clean. Everything was pretty good until the guests in Unit 3 came in from wherever they had been. 3:45am someone was banging on my unit’s door trying to open it and all of the doors in the unit. 「The space is definitely family friendly! Very spacious and in a perfect area where you are able to walk around. The only minor thing I would recommend it to change the shower curtains more often, when we were there you can see them turning yellow and smelled slightly like urine. The check in was smooth and otherwise have no complains! 」

「Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.」

「The picture is of the front building & the apartment is in the back of it. So it isn't a street view but it is nice and quiet being in the back building. It is behind a hooka lounge so they can be a little noisey at night. Other than that, i felt safe, it was clean, the host was amazing at communicating and with instructions. 「I want to first start off with noting that the host was very communicative, kind, and helpful the entire stay. I think the lobby staff that supported this unit were very helpful as well and good people. This is a very centrally located unit just a block or two from Macy's and many other tourist attractions to include Penn station and Madison square Garden. 「The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. The is truly a special space and shows how very special the owner is. 」
