「It was a beautiful complex, not just a hotel. Right on the Salmon river with outdoor games and a spa. A nice restaurant and bar that served up a great breakfast. The amenities were plentiful. I wish we could have stayed longer.」

「Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room.」

「Things we had to ask for: 1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. All of these things have happened to me on other trips and I never bother writing bad reviews for those hotels because the staff was always fine at...

「Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer」

「The room was very clean and your liking. The pool was freezing and not heated like stated in the sea of the property. Staff were not helpful. They were often sitting on their phones or eating. The breakfast was terrible. The waffle makers did not work. It was not open at the time stated and the juices were rancid. The staff did help after bringing up these discrepancies. We will not stay again.」

「First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me.」

「Really no activities. I was just spending overnight and it was a clean, safe room. It's a classic early 1950s motel. Nothing special but nothing terrible」
