"Breakfast was fresh each morning. Good variety! Staff was attentive. Parking was plentiful and free, which is a plus. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Did not use the pool as it was rainy during our stay. The hotel shared a parking lot with other businesses. Millers ale house is in walking distance. Universal studios is a short drive away. Really enjoyed my stay. Only had one shuttle to universal though that left at 8AM and returned at 5:30. I used my own mode of transportation for that reason."

"The hotel was great, and everything was perfect up until we took showers just before departure. Our room's shower head (room 321) produced nothing but a trickle, regardless of what setting we put the shower head on. I did ask about this at checkout, and assumed it was just a problem with that specific room, because if it was the same in every room many many guests would have complained. Hopefully, the maintenance staff checked it after our report to the front desk and fixed the issue."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only complaint we really had was the noise. Rooms are not very soundproof. You could hear everything going on in the halls, above you and outside. "

"The pool, kiddie area and hot tub was very excellent. I wish they had a bigger game room. All in all my stay was great and I would use this hotel again. Hotel rooms were very clean and I was able to check in early thankfully. Staff are very welcoming and offered us some delicious cookies. "

"The buffet breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Location is close to Universal Orlando parks. "

"Staff at reception are courteous. Check in was smooth. Extra comforter that I requested was not clean. Couldn’t use it. Room service person who was giving towels or comforter doesn’t know how to smile. He made me feel uninvited. Pool was not maintained well. Dead flies in it when we try to use in the evening. Breakfast was good and staff there were very good and courteous. Overall no major complaints. Very convenient location. It’s a 3 star hotel. If we don’t expect 5 star treatment then all good!"
