"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. It’s very close to the airport and walkable with a roll-on but I had a huge bag. No shuttles after midnight though. I didn’t take full advantage of the amenities but found the atmosphere was good in the lobby, better than at most airport hotels I’ve visited. Very convenient too: I easily popped down to Lisbon for the afternoon and back on the metro. "
