"Very modern clean property with spacious room and excellent breakfast. 5 min walk to the metro. Friendly staff"

"There was no AC or fan and the room was hot. The restaurants were sorely lacking in variety, the bathroom didnt even have hand soap. No bathroom counter space. I wasnt impressed considering it was recently renovated. They gave a breakfast bag that was a complete embarrassment. It felt like staying in a dorm room."

"Unfortunately we had a hiccups when checking in as their system was down and they couldn't confirm when it will be running again. We were worried if we should look for another hotel as they kept saying they can't check us in and we have to wait as long as needed. We ended up going for dinner and when we got back the system was up and running again. Other than that everything else was nice"

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the on site restaurants and bars are good and the cafe by the front door served great pastries and coffee. The rooms were of decent size and fine, bathroom was very nice. Location is great and we were able to get around Lisbon easily on foot or by metro/tram."

"When was clean, staff were great, had a double bed and a single bed, which is hard to find in Lisbon. Grocery store directly across from the motel, which was very convenient however no shuttle service to the airport, but you are only minutes away."

"My daughter tried the Spa and absolutely loved it. The therapist actually came to her room to collect her. We arrived Sunday and Hungry! Therefore decided to eat in the hotel, how lucky were we! A trio playing in the corner. Buffet brunch with all you can eat including wine! Was excellent my daughter was delighted as the Sushi was fresh and delicious. Staff were lovely, from reception to house keeping and dining room. Our rooms included kitchenettes with dishwasher microwave and fridge. Close to oriente station and especially the magnificent Oceanarium. I will definitely return here! "
