「Really loved this property. You can't get any better views of the volcano! It was quiet, clean, peaceful and modern. Our host, Santiago, was awesome. Very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The only thing I would critique is the stocking of the kitchen. For the price, I would've expected better utensils and kitchen gadgets. For example, there wasn't a good, sharp knife we could use to chop things, nor was there a decent spatula. It was a bunch of mismatched stuff. I think...

「チェックインの際、予約がないと言われるトラブルがあった。 結局先方の確認ミスであったが、こういったミスは印象を悪くするので気を付けてもらいたい。 部屋は広く快適だが、コスタリカのホテルに共通してWiFiがフロント周辺でしかつながらない。 また、レストランは質が悪く使用しなかった。 向かいのステーキハウスはステーキ以外のメニューも含め、非常においしかった。 浴槽は広いが、お湯の量に限界があるのか20%ほど貯めると湯の温度が低下した。 温泉地だけに、この点は残念であった。」
