"The room was immaculate, boasting a fantastic balcony with a view of the volcano. The balcony featured a glass side wall and a privacy curtain, also keeping the rain out. While the bathroom was a bit dated, it was clean and included a European bidet. The property itself was truly five-star: well-designed and meticulously maintained. The swimming pools were excellent, with one at a regular temperature, a second one heated—ideal for a cool December weather—and a heated whirlpool. We also enjoyed exploring the property's private trail and spotted some monkeys. The main restaurant where breakfast and dinner were served was spacious with high ceiling and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed breakfast buffet as well as dinner. Great stay overall!"

"Nothing negative to say about our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel grounds were lush and clean. The thermal oils and jacuzzi were incredible. Nothing to complain about. Would highly recommend this resort. Also, location was great!"
