"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in La Fortuna! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. A special thank you to Udilvia, who gave us the best customer service we experienced during our entire trip. She took the time to explain everything about the hotel and was extremely helpful in recommending affordable activities and beautiful places to visit around La Fortuna. Her kindness and knowledge made a huge difference in our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning gardens that are peaceful and perfectly maintained. The view of the Arenal Volcano is spectacular, and the traditional Costa Rican breakfast was delicious every morning. The location is another big plus it’s very central and convenient for visiting the area’s main attractions. Whether you’re traveling with family, children, your partner, or even by yourself, this is a fantastic place to stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it.
