「The house was great ! Our problem was the ice, the driveway and parking pad was frozen solid. It was very hard to get into the house. The deck was a sheet of ice also, which makes it hard to use the hot tub.」

「Check in was great. Fireplace did not work and Vacasa manager came and inspected it and we did get a small refund on this as it never worked. There were stains on the carpet, an orange slime mold in the upstairs shower. Some door handles to deck were loose and the deadbolt didn't work, downstairs door would not latch unless deadbolted from inside. There are some overall maintenance upkeep issues.
