"The rooms are okay. Couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat. The fireplaces were not working, hot tub was out of service and also the sauna. It was never posted that those were not working. If I knew the hot tub was not working, I think I would have booked somewhere else if I knew the hot tub was not working. "

"No complaints. The room was very clean. We were on the third floor. A luggage cart was provided so we could take everything up in the elevator at once. Beautiful ocean view out the window. I would definitely stay there again."

"I really liked my room and the view. The only complaint I had (If you even want to call it that) is once you close the shower curtain, it's very dark while taking a shower"

"We had a lovely stay here. The highlight was the staff; everyone was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. As for the accommodations, the rooms are a bit dated and could use a modern update, but that didn't take away from our experience. They were clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. To top it off, the views were absolutely wonderful. We’d happily stay here again!"

"While the location is ideal and close to everything. The room was quite dirty, including thick dust on the fan, tv and heater. The bathroom was in awful condition, with large patches and f missing paint and caulking. There was a warning that stated the steam from the shower would set off all alarms facility wide. There was a pool area, while great to have an indoor heated pool, had multiple areas with mold, missing caulking and most importantly, the MOST slippery floor I’ve ever experienced. Multiple fell on this floor. NONE, by running. This is very dangerous. Lastly, while there was ample parking, the layout design for the parking lot is awful at best. Overall, calling this property a “resort” is a stretch. The quality does not support the claim."

"The beds were uncomfortable the pillows were flat as a pancake! The shower curtain rod had tape all over it. My son road one of the rental bikes and the belt came off 3 blocks down the road. The pool had sand all in the bottom of it .. so nasty. The only thing I would say the things we did enjoy was the fire pits outside and the breakfast was grate other then that I would never stay here again for the price of 230. The refrigerator in the bedroom wasn't even turn on. But the staff was super friendly!"

"We really enjoyed our one night stay. The room was very clean and larger than expected. The price was quite affordable too. The check in clerk was very helpful and polite. My only issue is the coffeemaker looked a bit sketchy but they had coffee where you check in at."
