「We liked this hotel as it was simple and clean, small but not too cramped. The location is cool, the back door leading to the marina and shops walk. It's a very small fishing town that was nice, with limited food and drinks options, so I was bummed that the pub/grill on the property was closed the two days that we were there. That would have made the stay perfect.」

「Very clean, authentic PNW cottages, cozy, excellent king bed. I walked the .5 mile to the beach in the morning, touched my toes into the Pacific and gained the perfect measure of peace I sought after leaving the area 50-some years ago. And grilled oysters are my new favorite, since they're kinda big out there. Great stay, highly recommended.」

「Motel prices in the area have more than doubled since my stay two years ago, but that can't be helped- folks have discovered Astoria and the Oregon Coast. Our room is nicely updated, although the bathroom fan is too loud. It wakes other sleepers when used at night, perhaps in neighboring rooms (when the light's in, the fan is too). It's really loud.
