「Great stay, as always」

「Experience was good. Sadly only 2 elevators were working. The wait for the elevator was exhausting !」

「I’ve stayed here 4-5 times now and it’s not terrible, but staff kept putting me in worse and worse rooms even though I came every weekend and caused no problems, paid in full, was very respectful. Started noticing a lot of roaches and other bugs. Walls are paper thin, towels were dirty, internet never works, parking is extra and they double charged me twice but I didn’t want to make a fuss over $10. Rather just not stay here any more on principle, found a nicer motel that’s just as cheap 3...

「Not the best western we have stayed in the past. Early morning someone apparently smoke in their room and alarm went off. This happened twice. The ac and other amneties in the room was okay. The corridor elevator stair smell of cleaning liquid. The carpets are dirty and smell. And the breakfast was not great. The housekeeper did a decent job with what they have.」

「Inside the room is great good looking finish, comfy bed, good shower in the bedroom. The room is not soundproof, disturbances from the street will keep you up. There is a constant drip on our windowsil from higher up than the 9th floor which was audible marking every second as we attempted to fall asleep. The workout room was a sauna so you sweat before your warmup, and many freeweights are missing. We attempted breakfast at twenties at 8AM, however after waiting 15 minutes to be asked...

「To manny things broken. Enter the room and it had the toilet paper holder broken. Took a shower and no splash guards in place so the floor would get full of water. Then at night the was a flood in the room due to the upstairs room using the shower. And it was leaking right at the high hat. The manager tried her best but if the staff cleaning the room does not make management and engineers fix the hotel the place will fall apart. Plan and simple the place needs a lot of work and change of staff...
