"The rooms were either moldy or smelled strongly of mothballs. The pool was unusable and full of algae. The staff was great and they claimed that the place was undergoing a big renovation. Hopefully they improve the facilities and rooms. Otherwise buyer beware, even at the low price! "

"Honestly a particular staff is what I will remember about this hotel. Fauzan was the most genuine, sweet and helpful guy I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Made my stay for sure. The hotel is close to the airport and they will shuttle you there. Room was good, no complaints. My only issue was the restaurant. I found the food terrible which was difficult as there isn’t much in walking distance. Even a store with some snacks would be great. All in all I recommend. "

Everything about the resort is thoughtfully done and of the highest quality. Jeeva Klui truly delivers a luxury experience with heartfelt hospitality. "The Pros - staff was very friendly, helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help. From our arrival to check out the staff were absolutely amazing espically one of the waiter ( Jian ). The pool and surrounding was well kept and clean. , it was very private and relaxing. The bedrooms were a bit dated but it serve the purpose . The Cons - Beach!!! Very disappointed."
