Nice hotel. Spacious comfortable room, a bit dated and that's probably why the rate is relatively low. The grounds are very attractive and the pool is fantastic. The rooftop restaurant is also very nice. Good breakfast. The staff is very cordial. Special thanks to Ogy who pampers his guests!

clean hotel with a great location

its a business hotel with comfortable beds and a good selection of food for breakfast. hotel and rooms were squeaky clean and staff were professional throughout my stay. very near to all convenient stores and shopping malls (mataram mall, epicentrum mall)

Nice hotel to stay in the centre of lombok town. It takes about 40mins to travel to the Jetty if you intend to go to the gili islands.

Definitely worth for money! Great breakfast with lots varieties, friendly and helpful staffs. We stayed in two connecting deluxe rooms, decent 4/5 star room size, comfortable bed and quite clean.

Great stay. Lovely room, comfy bed & pillow, quite good buffet breakfast, friendly staff, and affordable/bargain price. Highly recommend. The new mall (Epicerium?) is just short distance away and so is Mattaram mall.

Great hotel. Clean and spacious room. Excellent service. All staffs full of smile. Breakfast is standard. Located in central Mataram. The only issue is we booked 2 bedroom with 2 single bed in each room. They gave us king bed in 1 of the room and different floor. They told me I have to request in same floor when I booked.

Greatest hotel in Lombok

Loved my stay at the Golden Palace. Staff was really friendly and super serviceminded. The morning breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had in Lombok. The wifi was great and the television was good as well with the basic English canals. Everything worked and the staff had everything under control, which can be rare in Bali/Gili Islands/Lombok.
