  • This beach has the whitest sand and bluest waters I’ve ever seen! On Sundays it’s ridiculously busy with locals so prepare to feel like a zoo animal as people stare, wave and take photos of you. You have to pay 5000 rupiah to park your scooter (maybe just a tourists fee…). There are lots of bracelet kids and sarong/t-shirt sellers so get your “no thanks” face ready. The beach really is beautiful though. #indonesia #lombok #kuta #beach

Ok stay but very noise

The stay was ok, but if you are a light sleeper bring your earplugs cause you hear everything from the corridors and nearby rooms. The staff in the reception very helpful and smiley, on the other hand restaurant staff needs lot of training. Good airport transfer.

I would like to make a note of Ricky, whom after I had an awful experience at your airport, calmed me down and took me to the store for some beer. Your hotel is very convenient for a pass thru onto islands. Would definitly recommend. I don't know if you can do anything with the cab driver problem. My first stop in Indonesia was Jakarta. I am a single female traveler, and must always be aware of my situations. There, I was swarmed by at least 50 taxi drivers. I said no so many times and they kept coming. I wanted the shuttle bus and a taxi driver said it would be an hour wait, while the bus was 20 feet away, another whole i was boarding the shuttle asked if i wanted a taxi. I asked him if he was stupid? This being my first encounter with your counrty, i thought this place is awful. It was but true at all. Your people are kind and wonderful. Until..I arrived at Lombok airport where the situation with the taxi drivers was the same. They were so upsetting to me. These people are the first encounter visitors have with your country and it is the worst impression. Please Swiss Lombok pass this message on to someone to fix this problem. The staff at your hotel are exceptional and kind, as was evety single other person. I hope you will take my advise.

Very very basic hotel at the airport. We stayed here as our flight was a 6 am. The room was very small and noisy, dining options were very poor and the food was not great. They have a bar but you can’t get a glass of wine. Would not recommend based on our experience.

Great location and would normally be okay

Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.

I’d maybe consider elsewhere…

Friendly and speedy check in however badly let down with the service/ quality in the restaurant. Wrong order delivered at lunch, evening meal portions were child size and then a mix up over dessert. Following morning breakfast was terrible. 8 times for bread to go through the toaster before it was cooked, eggs under cooked and coffee cold. Very poor indeed.
