"This large house easily accommodated the ten of us (five couples). The kitchen was large and spacious, and nobody got in each other's way when we were getting our coffee or snacks. We were only there for a weekend but enough time to get settled in where we didn't want to leave. On both nights we used the outdoor fire pits (one by the water and one in front of the house). Overall, it was a nice stay and would rent again in the future."

"We’ve been to the little green cottage before and that’s why we were back. It’s a great space it’s close to everything. It’s in a fabulous surrounding and so close to Lake Michigan. You can walk to the beach. Host is always quick to respond and accommodating, friendly and helpful. The cottage is big enough for a big crew, but even though it is the two of us keep coming back."

"This is a beautiful location on the crystal river. We enjoyed using the kayaks to paddle up and down and my two boys love the sand on the beach. We had a little situation with some unexpected fire alarms, the first night, but the team worked hard the next day to fix everything.We would definitely stay here again"

"I stayed with my husband, our three children (ages 7, 11 and 13) and my parents in law (in their 70s) for 4 nights. Home was comfortable and well-equipped and communication with the property manager was excellent. Very close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and charming Glen Arbor (check out the Cottage Book Shop!). The lower level bedrooms felt damp and chilly upon arrival but we ran the dehumidifier in the queen bedroom closet during the day and found that effective. "

"Everything was so clean and beautiful. So much space and room to hang out in. Used for a wedding weekend where the party and close family hung out before and after. Host was so kind and great to communicate with. Even left us a little gift as they knew it was our wedding. My husband and I keep saying that this was the perfect location. If I ever have a large group visiting this area, I will be contacting this host for availability. Cannot recommend this place enough! "
