"I booked here and specifically selected “pay at property” because I was not sure if we would make it. An emergency occurred, we did not make it & I completely forgot about the booking, due to the emergency at hand. They drafted my card anyways & refuse to refund me, so I’ve paid for a stay that I never had. Do not reccomend "
