「Terrible customer service, they didn’t explain anything about the staying or papers to sign, I pay online for a king bed room they give a 2 bed room, I left one day before they just told me to leave the room card in the desk and they didn’t explain anything about refund or no refund, another customer was complaining about having no cameras outside, somebody stole a car from the front hotel parking lot. A lot of noises during the night coming from outside. No safety at all.」

「AT&TスタジアムでのW杯試合観戦のために訪れました。スタジアムとの距離は近く、歩いていくことも考えていましたが、近くまでシャトルバスを運行してくれたため、スムーズにスタジアムを往復することができました。 また次の朝早く空港に行く必要があったためホテルに相談したところ、朝早くから空港行きのシャトルバスを運行してくれました。」

「朝食が美味しい。 部屋に電子レンジ、冷蔵庫もあり便利。 ラウンドリー施設も１階にあって便利。 買い物エリアも徒歩圏内で便利。」

「注意すべきは、シャトルバスはホテルに電話をしないと迎えに来ない。また、バスは「ラキンタンイン＆スイーツ」ではなく「Sonesta es Suites」と表示されてる。 私はアメリカで使える電話番号を持っていなかったので、アメリカンエアラインのCAさんに頼んで電話をしていただきました。 ホテルから空港に行くには問題はないが、空港からホテルへ行くには日本人にはハードルが高い。」
