We showed up as a late check in and we booked two queen beds. When we showed up we were told they only have a queen bed available. Then the shower drain did not drain and water was flooding the bathroom.

The constant door slamming was disruptive occurring at all hours. It is caused by the door mechanism for each room and I assume it is a security feature- however if you’re trying to sleep it is very loud. When we first arrived at our room the beds had been slept in. I asked for a different room and there weren’t any. We left for supper while they ‘remedied’ the situation. Hair dryers are not in the room, but if you ask at the front desk they may have one available. No irons in room either. Our room had laminate floor (not carpet) which I prefer. Bathroom was large and towels were plentiful. Shower stream strength was very weak. Stonebriar Shopping nearby provides ample shopping options .
