「The moment we pulled up we were surprised at how beautiful the property and setting was. It is so quiet and serene. The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed. Some added perks were the popcorn and ice cream for us to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and warm. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and swing, watching the beautiful sunset. It was one of our most enjoyable stays. 」

「This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lakeview. It is nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen. Four women stayed there comfortably. My granddaughters loved the luxurious shower snd the free kayaks. I loved just sitting on the deck, and looking at the peaceful water. Though I live less than an hour away, it was a real vacation for me. We will definitely be back. Granny of Cold Spring,Ky.」

「The tiny house was perfect for our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We had a disabled veteran who needed a recliner to sleep so the reclining couch was perfect for him. 「It was a great stay! Nice that they had the booster seat to use! It was very clean. I would recommend to others!」

「Awesome experiance, check in smooth, great communication, clean. Nice deck, used often, could view the kids playing on playground. Kids enjoyed pool. Cooked breakfast daily, would be easier with non stick fry pan, but overall great relaxi g experience. 」

「Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food.」

The property was amazing and the backyard was gorgeous and very peaceful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus and we loved the bathroom. Amazing place to stay for a few days!」

「Host did an excellent job, however one of the bedroom main lights doesnt work and the fan wobbled(was afraid to it to max speed)」

「There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. 「Delightful and cosy place to stay close to Ark Encounter. Very clean. Lovely deck frequented by a sweet cat who loves affection and treats. Very nice to meet the owners who live across the street. Furnished with lovely antiques and collectibles. Handy to have access to a washer and dryer and so nice of the owners to have a basket of treats in the kitchen. 」
