"Overall the hotel was great, appreciated the full size fridge and giant desk. Also love that you can check out kitchen appliances too. The water pressure was very low and the toilet had some issues, shower pressure was super low. Other than that, bed was comfy, staff was super nice and friendly, check in and check out were easy, and very affordable. "

"First room they put us in the heat didn’t work, that moved us to a different room and heat worked but there were stains on one of the beds from an actively leaking ceiling. There was not way to take a shower as there was no knob. No remote for tv or in room coffee…. I have pictures, the place needs to be condemned "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience did not meet basic cleanliness and safety expectations. The bathroom was not properly maintained; the bathtub had visible rust and orange discoloration in multiple areas, which made it appear unsanitary. Additionally, several people in our group reported seeing bed bugs, which is extremely concerning for any hotel stay. The fitness center was also very disappointing. The equipment appeared outdated and poorly maintained. There were walking pads in place of standard treadmills, and several machines were broken. The elliptical in particular posed a safety hazard due to missing pieces on the handles. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of functional, safe amenities made this stay far below what guests should reasonably expect. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience and safety for future guests. "

"Had no power and is refusing to give me a refund because I could not stay there with my daughter that was scared. She was petrified the lady at the front when you came in so the doors do not lock due to the power being out."
