「サービス、ホテルからの眺め、朝食等は秀逸。とてもリッチな体験ができた。湖側のコンフォートルームだったが、部屋の前は芝生で日よけとチェアがあり、日光浴できるが、部屋の前を従業員がよく通るので、部屋の窓のカーテンを開けておくと、外から見られてしまうので、プラバシー重視の人はこの部屋はやめておいたほうがいい。部屋自体はとても清潔でオシャレな感じでした。」

「Absolutely stunning views from your private balcony! This was the reason we booked here and it did not disappoint. A few restaurants within walking distance but on a very busy street not the best for walking with traffic. We did not care for the hotel restaurants menu so we did not eat there unfortunately. Helvetia a few doors down for greasy pizza and aurora restaurant for lunch and dinner were great choices with beautiful views about 7 minute walk down the road. 」

「The hotel overall is very nice. My bedroom balcony view of the lake and mountains was absolutely beautiful. Although one or two of the systems there aren't great. The Do Not Disturb system doesn't really work, because they still knock on your door just to make sure that you meant to put it on. This happened to me 3 times in 5 days (despite me complaining about it). I also got 2 phone calls from them about it, waking me up, asking me if I wanted housekeeping because I have a DND sign. 「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「コモ湖の周辺散策には良好な場所です。目の前の広場はプロジェクションマッピングがあり、食事をする場所も近くにたくさんあります。今回2回目の宿泊になりましたが、エレベーターはありますが今回の宿泊の部屋が4階でエレベーターを降りて、階段を10段ほど下ったところにあったので、スーツケースなどの重い荷物がある場合は少し大変でした。」
