"The air conditioning didn't work and the staff brought a fan and left a note saying to open the window. There were smears on the glass between bathroom and bedroom. Nevertheless the concierge was excellent."

"Underwhelming as a vacation hotel. The hotel itself was ok, but the surrounding area was not good. Only limited choices of food at the restaurant in the hotel.
