"Lovely aspect on arrival, organised transport from the airport. Room was ready on arrival so early check in! Lovely staff, very clean. Only niggle was the temperature of the hot breakfast items. Very spacious room with good facilities. Local shop nearby & restaurants, cheap ride in to town."

"This hotel has definitely lived up to its 5* rating. The beds are very comfortable probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The staff were so friendly & incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my booking to the concentration camp & the receptionist kindly offered to call them for me. Reception staff also contacted the transfer company to confirm my booking as I was having issues with my mobile. Small gestures but made a big difference to my stay. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here. The hotel is beautiful very clean & only a short walk to the main square."
