The property is beautifully designed with a luxurious and modern interior, high-quality furnishings, and excellent amenities, including air conditioning. The pool area is brand new and invites you to relax and cool off — it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into every detail.

Location was incredible with gorgeous balcony views (being on the harbour front meant there was noise into the evening, but the vista across the water was unbeatable). Thank you for a great stay. 」
「Property was clean and accessible to old town Chania. It is a great location and the view of the harbor was wonderful. We were in the "Duke" room which was more spacious than the "Lord" room my son rented. There is no elevator at the property, You must climb stairs and if you rent a car there is no parking associated with the property. Street parking is crowded and limited」

「Our stay at the Royal Sun Hotel was perfect. The room with the sea view and balcony was of a high standard, clean and comfortable. The Hill restaurant, where we ate breakfast each day, had a stunning view overlooking the old port and the sea, and was a delight to sit at each morning. The breakfast choice and quality was probably the best we’ve ever experienced. The pool was great with that brilliant view and plenty of chairs and sunbeds to choose from.

「We travel a fair amount and have never been taken care of so well. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us an overview (and a map!) of the neighbourhood with the best places to shop and eat. The room was impeccable, well-appointed and had all amenities one would expect plus extras. We had a lovely stay and an to come back to Crete with friends and stay at Palazzo di Pietro again.
