"Excellent facility with beautifully curated and serene setting. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were well thought through and we especially enjoyed the views of the street/city and the tea and coffee station. Lastly the Muji cafe was a surprisingly tasty breakfast option and worth including as part of the stay package. We’ll be looking forward to staying at future Metropolitans and certainly keen to return to the one in Kamakura again. "

"Beautiful hotel. It was very clean and had a mid century clean design. Front desk and room service were very friendly and polite. Awesome view from window to see Mount Fuji! Short walk to the beach. I want to come back and stay more than one night."

"For the price, the room was larger than expected (for a Japanese business hotel), and the front desk service was excellent. They had nice small touches as the ability to extend checkout for up to 3 additional hours for about $7 per hour. This made the transfer to the airport a LOT easier. "

"The staff are excellent. 👌 Very helpful, inviting, and understanding. Great amenities, a great selection of tea, and a great coffee/ hot chocolate machine. The cleaning staff do a great job and leave you a bottle of water every second day. Location is great because it's a five or ten minute walk to Fujisawa station. Plenty of places to eat nearby and also convenience stores. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely love to stay here again. 🙂👍👍"
