"This was an adquate hotel, close to the subway system & a nice museum. Room was very small - difficult for luggage accessibility for 2 people, but there was underbed storage for large suitcases. Pool wasn't open and didn't try the spa. Nice to have a convenience store in the building. Elevators at prime times (morning check-out and evenings) had LONG waits and you couldn't take the stairs (emergency alarm would go off), which was odd. So even people on the 3rd floor had to wait. Hotel was quiet and many restaurants were within walking distance."

"The room was a decent size, clean and it was cleaned everyday. Some toiletries (like razors) are paid for extras. There is no service to your room (for example if you need an iron, extra pillows or blankets etc you need to head down to the front desk to pick it up) which is a bit weird for a hotel."

"It was a treat to stay at such a high end hotel. The executive room was worth it as it included many amenities including breakfast, light lunch and light dinner in the executive lounge, all with an open bar and spectacular view of Tokyu. I found the room to be very large and comfortable with amazing views. I had read others review how dated the property is but I didn’t find that to be the case at all. I thoroughly enjoyed the high level of excellence I experienced here. You can’t beat the convenience of a train station located in the basement level of the hotel as well as it being connected to the bus service to both Narita and Haneda airports."

"My family booked a room for 2 adults, a teenager and a child. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is large and everything is super clean. The access to the train is fantastic. "

"The hotel totally Kelten the promises. If you are looking for something with reasonable Price to just sleep this is perfect. You even receive ear plugs and a Pyjama. Everything is very clean."
