「Property is old and there seems to be poor ventilation in the rooms specially washroom as they have a heavy smell. Rooms and washrooms are not clean and mattress, pillows needs to be changed they are dirty and very old, not comfortable. Did not like what seemed as a good stay online. No toiletries or tea kettle in the room. 」

「Room was lovely. We slept really well. Staff were lovely. Actually this trip was for my mums birthday so they made a little cake for her and that was very lovely too. Really wasn’t won over with check in as we were told that they were fully booked and so didn’t have the room we booked but they did manage to find us a room and after that is was ok. This is a wedding hotel and is not for tourists!!! Everything about this hotel is scheduled around the weddings from if you get the room you booked...

「This is a lovely hotel with a great rooftop bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The food offering could be better with attention paid to details (eg local jams etc at breakfast not generic plastic packets). All the staff are lovely though the front desk were slow and we had some problems with miscommunication over booked transport but they sorted it in the end!」

「We 3 couples from USA traveled to Jaipur for a wedding at the Hyatt Regency hotel close by and reached a day earlier to explore the city. As our Hyatt reservation was not until the next day we booked this hotel. We were not expecting a lot for the price but we were surprised by the cleanliness and great customer service. 「ホテルは施設もお部屋もとても綺麗で満足です。ただ部屋のバスタブを利用したのですが、寒い時期と言うこともあるのでしょうが、お湯の温度が低かったため、十分に体を温めることが出来ませんでした。それから一番の問題は、Hotels.comの予約では夕食付きとなっていましたが、ホテルの説明では朝食しか付いていないと言うことで夕食は提供されませんでした。各部屋毎に担当者が付くのですが、上記の件を予約表を見せて説明しましたが、ホテル内で確認したが付いていないとの一点張りで説明後、早々にどこかへ行ってしまいました。その後に彼女に再び会うことはありませんでした。因みに朝食のパンはバラエティ豊富でとても美味しかったしスタッフの方もとても親切でした。」
