This hotel no more available as this sold to some other party they refuse to give me room booking through hotel.com & not taking any booking form other side than OYO. Please take care while booking through hotel.com, at night at 12:00 o clock I m on road with my family & I suffer a lot.

Bad service
I booked this based on my 6 yrs old memories of this hotel. The problem which started right from Check-in continued till check-out. Reception staff looks unprofessional and need vigorous training on client interaction. Restaurant capacity is too much undersized and we had to wait and follow up with staff to get table as the staff was more attentive towards foreigners only (although I had my old aged parents with me). Overall what I suppose is they don't bother about customer attention (forget satisfaction). The only hope I found was a lady (Manager) who paid attention to our grievance and wish her best luck if she really wants to improve the overall services..
