"Lovely, cosy, homely suite and so good we could cook for ourselves or easily access eateries in the Main Street! Very quiet location and my husband enjoyed setting and tending the wood fire and chopping kindling but it could have been a more efficient fire place! Also the dish washer was not working! ..."

Larger hostel in Katoomba. Has a variety of rooms from 12 bunk (which most rooms are very large so you're not 6 inches from the next bunk) to private rooms with a tv. Staff is awesome!! Shoutouts to Stacy/Wendy/Brett for taking care of me!!

Beautiful scenery and trails. If you skip Scenic World and hit the trails you can escape the crowds. The birding is amazing.
