ウォレマイ国立公園 ツアーとアクティビティ

I was disappointed with the housekeeping during my stay. My room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. I had to contact the front desk because we ran out of towels, and although I asked for them to be delivered as soon as possible, it took quite a while before they arrived. The used cups were never replaced, and the trash bin was not emptied either. Eventually, I had to speak to the front desk and wait for Guest Services to handle the issue. The location of the hotel is good, but the housekeeping service was well below my expectations. Unfortunately, this made my stay far less comfortable than it should have been. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards.

翌日、早朝便を利用するために泊まりました。 空港までのシャトルバスが4時半から動いており、6時ごろの飛行機であれば間に合います。 シャトルバスを待つ場所がロビーの外でしたので、場所はスタッフへよく確認した方がいいです。ロビーにいても声をかけられることはないです。 寝て泊まるだけであれば値段も手頃で立地も悪くなく良いホテルだと思います。 マスコット駅からは少し歩きましたがホテルまでは下り坂でしたので荷物を運ぶのは耐えられました。
