「This hotel was excellent. The Staff was kind and helpful. Telling me amenities I didn’t even know of. They have beach chairs and umbrella voucher every time you go to the beach plus they take you to the beach as well. We paid more for the breakfast package totally worth it. The bus jolly trolley is free when you show your hotel key then the valet guy showed me want app to download to watch the trolley route. The pool was clean bar/restaurant delicious. We will be going back every year now.」

「Room was very clean. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool was smaller than expected, filled with noisy children who screamed for hours. Beach chairs cost $50 to rent. Staff was helpful and polite.」

「The property for the most part looked good, there were renovations being conducted. The staff was amazing, from front desk, to valet, and restaurant staff. However, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were ants in the room, cobwebs were noticeable, and the tubs and showers had not been properly cleaned(which we ended up doing ourselves because we typically do that anyway while traveling).
