Le service était irréprochable. Emplacement un peu en marge du cœur de la ville sans pour autant être trop excentré. 」

「This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay.」

「景色は良い。ヴィラも立派なのだが、非常に使いにくい。洗濯機がないのは不便。ランドリーサービスは時間通りな届かないし、私の洗濯物は他の人の部屋に持っていかれたようだ。バスタブはない。フロントからヴィラまでは送迎サービスがあるが、フロントでお願いしても、送迎車はなかなか来ない。プールはきれいだが、プールサイドのバスタオルは雨で濡れても、数日間交換されない。ルームサービスは時間通りに来ない。20分遅れで催促すると10分後に届く。玄関から来ないで、プールサイドの窓から届けに来たのには驚いた。」

「We stayed in the standard 2 bed villa. Bed was decent, pretty firm. Good location, a 6 minute walk to the main food street and about 10 from the sea (you will need to walk another 5 minutes to get to the beach without boats on the sand). The rooms we’re great and the pool was refreshing in the heat, although it was a very small plunge pool so a family of 4 wouldn’t all be able to fit in it at once. The living and kitchen area is all open with no ac so it was pretty hard to relax down there in...

La carte du restaurant est très correcte, l'hôtel étant placé non loin du centre, on a le choix de changer d'adresse pour varier les plaisirs. Immense plage de sable à 10mn à pied, avec plein de shops proposant de la location de transats et parasols, petite restauration, location de surf et cours de surf. Une grande partie de la plage reste sauvage si l'on désire être tranquille. 」

「The property was fine. Not too many things around but it was easy enough to catch a cab (cheap) and go into town. I tried to communicate with the owner and the caretaker about airline changing our flight and arriving two hours earlier than the first plan. I texted and call both parties but couldn't get through. We had to wait for two hours to be picked up at the airport. When we checked out, the caretaker didn't show up on time. We waited for the longest we could but had to leave. The facility...

「Beautiful and spacious villa with a great outline, open living room/kitchen area separated by the pool from the bedroom/bathroom house. So many plants made it even more cozy and beautiful. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before and after check out.
