Thid was not disclosed when booked, would not have booked here if had known this. Debris thrown into bathroom on one night, detracted from feeling of safety. "Was the most amazing time. Was a party of 4 and had 2 rooms. The rooms were perfect, the surprises around every corner were just perfection. The staff is on top of things. Massage and facial best of my life. Julie was the best server we had there. She could read your mind even before you needed anything. She’s so on top of her game that she should be promoted. Other servers should take note of her speed and efficiency. She’s so professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. Please please promote her to manager. She deserves it. She stands by at all times and is always working and paying attention to what you need. Grateful for Julie and the wonderful staff for making our stay so perfect. The gal that handles the front ( I forget her name) was so wonderful as well. Making our stay superb. Now let’s continue to my massages and facials. Hadizah was my therapist, she’s spot on with her touch and knows her techniques. She goes over and beyond to treat you like a queen or king. I’m a business owner, I can see a hard worker and it goes far with me. She’s professional and so kind. Can’t wait to go back to this hotel. One night we asked for coffee sent to our room at the front desk, by the time we walked to our room it was waiting for us. Thank you thank you for making our stay perfection. #grateful"
