Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. "We had a Western style room on the 4th floor which had a balcony with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. The onsen was small but very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was varied, lots to chose from both western and Japanese. We were welcomed by friendly staff."
