We didn't realize that it was geared at people with dogs and some were barking a bit & running around the courtyard but it was overall pretty quiet and also only a few blocks from the beach which was nice to walk on in the morning. "The property is nice and Quiet. You can hear the forest talk in the morning. And morning walks to the local village was one of my highlights of my stay. The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. "The front of the house is behind its parking lot and hidden behind the front yard fence, so it took us a while to locate the house. The mountain road is narrow to drive, so we first parked at the public parking lot a few blocks and walked around the neighborhood to find the house. Front yard is nicely lit and maintained. Apartment facilities are a bit old but sufficient for our family of 4. We liked that there are 2 washrooms."
