"Christo is the man! This hotel is great, so friendly and homey, it was like staying at a friends house with lots of cool other guests. Breakfast was awesome! Can’t say enough, was a fabulous stay, lake views and very conveniently located to skiing. A+"

The perfect complement when snowboarding Hakuba all day. It was an incredibly relaxing experience when coming back to our room. The amenities at this hotel were fantastic and our room incredibly spacious and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was very clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Onsen facility was very good. Dining options were limited. The cafe, food court, bakery were closed after 4pm, so dinner choices were limited to the expensive restaurants, unless you have transport and willing to travel to Myoko town."
