「The check-in process was a bit of a hassle but once we received the door code it was a pleasant stay. Only 3 rooms in the building, the AC can be both cooling or warming (and works very well), there is a small kitchen if needed. Only issue is communicating with the host, I asked if we could drop off our luggage the night before, and I only received the answer way after we arrived in Tokyo. On the following night, a japanese lady arrived to her room on the 2nd floor, did not have the code and...

「The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)」

「管理会社さんとの連絡はアプリ上で密に行えます。必要なものは全て揃っていますが、衛生用品は自分で用意する事をオススメします。近所に数軒食事をするお店はあります。旧築地市場エリアよりも安価で食事ができますので、ググってみてください。韓家さんは自然派のお料理をオモニが作ってくれます。キムチ最高でした」

「炊飯器がある予定でしたがなく、 お皿も必要最低限、あとは、鍋も結構少なく気になりました。 二泊したので、お風呂掃除できるグッズとか、キッチン周りを掃除できるグッズがあるとか、 ハンドソープの替えを置いておくとかしてくれると助かったなーと思いました。 全体的には立地もいいし、綺麗だったけど、そう言う部分だけ気になったかな。 でも二泊して、助かりました。子連れとかいいかも。ご飯作れるしスーパーも近くでした。」

「The apartment was very convenient to go anywhere since the hub station, Shinbashi was only 5min on foot. Also we could walk to Imperial palace and a famous shopping district, Ginza. And there were many kinds of restaurants around the house from Ramen, Sushi restaurants, Izakaya to a beer restaurant, Italian, Chinese... I didn’t have any problems to find places to eat. The room was very clean and the best thing was a basket of complimentary Japanese snacks!」

「Easy check-in and close to restaurants and stores. Great communication. Unfortunately, we didn't get much sleep. People above had two small children that were awake at 1-2am jumping, yelling, and playing with toys across the floor. 」
