We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Very convenient with a stop right in front for the bus from the airport. The bus stop back to the airport is nearby, too. It's easy to get to the snow festival from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.

Great location!!! Shuttle bus to the airport just across from the hotel. Nijo market only 10 minutes walk.

We got the premium room with the the private onsen, the check in process was very nice, they sat us down, provided us with drinks and had us fill out forms in the lobby. The whole process was very relaxed. We then were walked over to our room, they offered to carry our things and than showed us everything in the room. I love this hotel, I’ve stayed in it 3 times now, it’s a little on the old side but the staff speaks really good English and was super helpful with suggestions and calling restaurants for me to make dinner reservations. And the location is absolutely perfect being on the main downtown strip and 2 blocks from susukino station. Will be staying a 4th time soon I hope!

Breakfast buffet has a great selection. Generous amount of extras in the room from Nespresso to heated face mask and toiletries.

We stayed at Midtown for a week and it was great. They make it really easy to get around town with the free shuttle that runs on a frequent & consistent basis. Their ski room was clutch, saved us a ton of room in our actual room. The staff was incredibly helpful when it came to coordinating a bus to take us back to Sapporo, scheduled a small internal shuttle to take us to the Welcome Center in time. Wonderful stay in the penthouse unit! Spectacular views of Mt Yotei and the surrounding area! Clear communication from the staff and painless check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend MUSE Niseko!

We had to change hotels on the last day of our trip due to unavailability of rooms at our other hotel, and were very fortunate to have gotten an upgrade from our two reserved single rooms (we have two kids, so four persons altogether) to a one-bedroom suite. The room was incredible! Assistant front desk manager Ishihara was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. As mid-priced Sapporo hotels go, this one was very nice (we've stay in the past at the Royal Century Hotel and the ANA Holiday Inn...

Everything is fine!

One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back...

The hotel was wonderful. Unfortunately the snow park was closed early and I wasn’t able to participate in any activities. But I loved the onsen. I went to it every day. I wanted to use the gym, too but it seemed you had to pay, which confused me because I thought it would be free for guests. I had a wonderful experience none the less
