"It’s a nice hotel and it’s located in a convenient location. Subway station is about 5 minutes away, and you will not go hungry nor thirsty because there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Hotel facilities and the rooms are clean and well maintained. They have a storage room where you can store your luggages if you’re too early for check in or if you have a later flight after checkout. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back again!"

"The checked in was smooth and I was given an early check in, by 2 pm I’m done. Staff was super helpful and friendly. English speaking is clear & easily understood. Very grateful to the staff for finding me a taxi to which can fit in 4 ppl with 3 large suitcases/1 medium. Really love the amenities there, the Onsen was super nice! The women’s onsen, entry required pwd to get in, which I feel super safe. And when you come out there’s a mini snack bar with free flow of coke, ginger beer & tea. Some little snickers plus the local snacks, which is very tasty. Location is really good, near to subway & buses which can reach destinations within a few stops. Room is clean & spacious! Big luggage friendly for me, I booked the quadruple room, thumbs up, very comfortable stay there. Will definitely recommend anyone going Kyoto to stay there! "
