"The Hotel Indigo Shibuya is an excellent hotel clean modern and an ideal location. The staff is excellent and speak English to make checking in very easy. The rooms are clean and modern with great views of the city. Turn down service was nice for those long days of walking when getting back to the room. "This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"
