"Very clean and helpful staff"

"The tv wouldn't work so I went to the front desk. The representative provided me with a key for a next door room to move into the following day. I asked if I would be disturbed in the morning to which the agent advised no. The following morning a staff member entered our room unannounced at 8:00 am only to quickly leave. Then later another employee beat on the door prior to 10:00 am and asked if I was moving rooms. The do not disturb sign was up on both occasions. When I called the front desk to share my experience the agent was unhelpful and unapologetic. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!"

"The property was extremely out of date, black mold in the bathroom, trash just lying in the hallways, human feces smeared on the bathroom wall, the toilet bowl was loose and the tub was leaking scalding hot water. The TV was leaning from missing legs and the room phone was burned. My kids went to rhe pool and under the mats was mold and the water was green. The front desk couldnt move us so i checked out. The property refused to refund me for the rest of my stay. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE"

"The staff was mostly really nice except the lady that checked us in she was very hateful from the start and just had a rude ton. The guy at the information desk was very helpful. Johnny was probably the nicest at the bar. He was nice and helpful. I didn't know how to get a blue wrist bad and he told me I just had to sign a waiver. The pizza is amazing definitely recommend room service. The parking was amazing only had to take a few steps to the door or and elevator. It is so Family-friendly there is something for everyone. They even have a golf course if your into that sport. I had the best time and I think my children had even a better time. Rooms are nice and clean and they will bring you anything you need"
