"Where can I start? The room was clean and nice. But that’s as far as it goes. The food was terrible. The breakfast buffet was cold and they ran out of food and dishes. The more crowded it got, the more dirty it was. The television in my room didn’t work as well. I wanted to watch the basketball game and the channel wouldn’t come on. Parking is a nightmare and the traffic to get to Ana Marie Island or Sarasota is brutal. I should have stayed in Sarasota. "

"We had a wonderful time and staff was great. There are still updates that can be updated a little. Location was amazing with restaurants and beach. Great music at the hotel bar which faced the beach. It allowed us to just chill, which was so amazing. Big plus with the bicycles that we were able to use."
