Definitely accessible via train and walking, but I recommend taking a taxi from the station just because there’s not a lot of room for pedestrians. As far as the hotel goes, the staff are very kind and accommodating, there are several shops on the bottom floor, you’re able to purchase local goods at the front desk and there is an amazing kimono shop one block away called Aridayagofuku where you can buy very high-quality textiles, local jewelry, and seasonal kimono. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is super clean and appears to be newly renovated. The shower is not spacious but very comfortable with strong water flow. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful. We stayed for one night before our morning flight and it fits this purpose really well.

Very nice breakfast included with a bay view. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Free shuttle in the morning to KIX was also nice. Would definitely stay there again next time when visiting KIX

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town.

I stay at this hotel every time I have a late flight into Osaka, and it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is helpful no matter what time of day it is, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of delicious food every time I stay.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. It was much nicer than I had expected and with the included breakfast buffet that had so many choices from something western to eating like a Japanese person would with local fruits and dishes. The room was comfortable and clean and with a castle view... highly recommended. There were nice restaurants in the building and we were close to many things including a bus stop to get around if taxis aren't in your budget. Wakayama city is a very different...

It a very nice no frills hotel; no fancy lobby or restaurant or bar. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable; almost too low for what you got. But note that even though it advertises an airport shuttle, it runs on a limited schedule, so check on that. Or plan to take the train, which is only one station from the airport. I would have had to wait over 3 hours for the next shuttle, so I hopped on the train. The hotel is just outside the train station.

They have a great breakfast- Western & Japanese style. I wish they have more counter space in the bathroom.

Clean room and fast internet.

This was a nice hotel for a layover. It is next to the AirPort Express train Kumitori stop. It has elevators for luggage if you have a big case. Family Mart off train. 5 minute walk to hotel. Staff was very nice, easy check in. Small rooms but this is the norm in Japan. Breakfast was mostly for locals, not expat taste. Only two hours to get breakfast til 08:30, kind of early for jet lagged tourists. The scrambled eggs were like soup. I had donuts from Family mart. All in all it was not bad,...

Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful in checking me in. I let them know in advance I would be late and they guided me. It was also useful to have a convenience store nearby.

Convenient location, close to the train station, relative spacious room and delicious breakfast.
